- What will happen on the day my dog is walked?
Your dog will be picked up from your home, at the agreed time, and transported to the area we will be walking.
We may make other stops along the way to pick up other dogs, but will organise our time so that your dog is only travelling for as little time as possible.
When we reach our destination your dog will be walked for the agreed time.
Your dogs walk will NOT be calculated from pick up, but will be started when the walk does, ensuring your dog gets the correct amount of exercise.
After the walk your dog will be offered water before travelling back home.
Once your dog arrives home, he will be toweled off, if needed, and left in a comfortable state with clean fresh water.
- What area do you cover?
For house sitting, where we are expect to stay onsite, we can travel further.
- My dog isn't very good with other dogs. Can he be walked alone?
Of course!
There is obviously a higher rate for this service.
We can also help your dog to socialise, if you desire, by walking them in a controlled environment, with one of our own dogs.
Contact us to talk more.
- My dog recalls well, except when they see another dog or animal. Will you let them off the lead?
Not in a public area, no.
We have onsite facilities for off lead exercise for dogs like this.
By adhering to the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, we are keeping your dog safe, as well as other peoples dogs and livestock.
We are happy to help you correct your dogs recall issues if desired. Please contact us for more details.
- I'd like you to do some additional chores for my dog when you bring him home. Is that possible?
- My dog is too old/young/ill to be walked. Do you offer any services for him?
We both have extensive veterinary nursing experience and are able to administer oral drugs or even change dressings.
please contact us for further details.
- I'm going on holiday. Do you board dogs?
